Welcome Letter
Until now, the question has been “What does Ukraine need?” The Fenicks Group Ukrainian Defense Tech Pavilion at AUSA shifts the question to “What does Ukraine have to offer?”
Due to the urgencies and realities of war, Ukraine’s defense industry leads the world in several key areas. This was a direct result of Ukrainian companies working closely with military users to develop rapid continuous cycles of development, deployment, feedback and adaptation.
At our pavilion, we invite you to explore this experience firsthand. Organized by Fenicks Group as a private industry initiative, the pavilion brings together Ukrainian companies across multiple areas of defense technology, giving you the opportunity to meet their teams and discover their solutions.
We welcome military, government, industry and investment communities to learn what these companies have built, what they have learned and what we can develop together.
Fenicks Group specializes in bringing Ukrainian-developed, battle-proven equipment, training, and experience to the American market. We draw on extensive defense sector experience to connect Ukrainian innovation with American operational needs, industry partners and procurement opportunities.
Thank you for joining us. We look forward to meeting you and exploring the opportunities ahead.

The text for the Fahrenheit section will be coming soon, thank you for understanding

KVERTUS
KVERTUS brings radio-frequency detection, signal analysis and electronic countermeasures into a coordinated approach to drone protection. Its ATLAS system combines the AZIMUTH signals intelligence system and MIRAGE electronic warfare equipment under proprietary control software. Operator training, technical support and repairs complement the hardware, keeping the company closely connected to the units using it.

OSIRIS AI
At the center of OSIRIS AI’s work is OsirisOS, a modular software platform that brings navigation, mission control and application management together for unmanned systems. Its open architecture supports integration with third-party sensors, payloads and software. The company’s wider portfolio includes interceptor drones, onboard AI terminals, simulation tools and field-testing services.

Phantom Defense
Phantom Defense develops an integrated approach to countering drones, combining detection, electronic warfare and physical interception. Its C2 KUPOL platform brings different assets onto a shared operational map, while the Balaban interceptor adds an airborne response capability. The team combines military, communications and engineering experience to develop protection for military sites, cities and critical infrastructure.

Reactive Drone
Founded in 2019, Reactive Drone began with agricultural UAVs before shifting its production towards military requirements in 2022. Its portfolio includes the Kazhan heavy-lift strike drone and the Shmavik reconnaissance platform. In-house engineering and manufacturing are complemented by pilot training delivered with the involvement of combat veterans.
